Colleen

These images are WAY PAST DUE.

Colleen was my last photo shoot of 2009. December 31, 2009 to be exact.

It had snowed the night before and I frantically asked anyone out in twitterville if they wanted to model for me. Colleen agreed and put up with a freezing wind and lying in the cold snow. She was amazing and was totally open my craziness. I love Colleen’s porcelain skin and brilliant eyes against the blue sky that peeked in through the clouds.

What a fun day. Thanks Colleen!

Self Portraits

The other day, I went on a hike down in St. George. It was a gorgeous, blue sky day!

For fun, I snapped a few shots of myself, hoping something would turn out.

These are my favorite. What do you think? I want to get a new facebook profile picture up. Which one is your favorite?

Angela, Zack, Chloe, and Sabot

It’s not every day I get to photograph a family with 2 dogs. And let me just say, these dogs act just like toddlers: hilarious, entertaining, and challenging, but I enjoyed every second.

The reason why we took their family pictures is because Sabot was leaving the family to become the Utah Police Department’s newest Bomb K9. Sabot is full of energy, doesn’t like to stay in one place, and can entertain himself for hours trying to capture his shadow.

Chloe is your typical little mutt who thinks she’s a lot bigger than her actual size. She loves to play around with Sabot but also has some spunk of her own. She’s quite the jumper!
