Brooke and Lex had lovely, simple details for their wedding that really brought everything together beautifully. Gorgeous end-of-the summer flowers, a lush backyard overlooking the Salt Lake Valley, and a vintage cake topper to crown an exquisite cake. Brooke actually handled most of the wedding details herself (while also completing her residency to become a doctor, mind you).

Everything was planned and prepared with perfection. She also had a photo booth for the guests to use, which of course, was a huge hit. And don’t you love her wedding ring? It was actually Lex’s grandmother’s, which they were able to restore and size to fit Brooke’s finger. I think it’s simply enchanting. The rubies make it breathtaking and one-of-a-kind.

Oh, and the food was incredible, catered by aVikingsfeast.com. I guess they also catered for the Olympics when they were here in Salt Lake. Amazingly delicious.
