Remember the house that was burned down and I wanted to do a photo shoot there? Well, the shoot fell through and then they boarded up all the entrances But, I did get a hold of the man who is selling it. Turns out, it was his mother’s and it was a boarding home. Apparently one of the kids started the fire because of carelessness with incense. They didn’t have fire insurance, which is why it ended up being abandoned.

They would love to sell it and have someone restore it, but all the offers have fallen through at the last minute. He said they even went as low as $179k (and it’s gotta be worth at least $500k). I just thought I’d throw it out there, if anyone’s looking for some land to buy, this one is incredible. And, did I mention they’re going to be demolishing it any day now? That just broke my heart
