		<description>There is  a cookbook by Ellie Kreiger that is awesome...she has a way of eating without depriving yourself (just healthy). If you want some recipes I will give you some...I have the cook book! By the way I think you look cute as you are...but self reflection is very important! Let me know about the recipes, she has tips in there too (like how we eat with our eyes before our mouths.....hhhhmmmm</description>

The premise is that since there is very little food in your system, your body will get energy from what&#039;s already there, and help shed fat. So they say.</description>
