I was wondering what equipment you used, so thanks! I’ve been wanting to get the 70-200. I don’t think Marsha will let me until I get a good paying job, though. I’m curious, do you no longer use/have the D2x?
Thanks for the info!
Here’s an idea for another vid…
What is your process for organizing a photo shoot? How do you decide which shots to take?
Things like that
Good stuff. I didn’t realize that the S5 was actually a D200 body. Any filters (polarizer, colored, etc.)? If you ever decide you have too much cash lying around, the 18-200 VR is a great all-purpose lens, but I can see how you’d prefer to have f/2.8 on all of ‘em. (It’s only f/3.5-5.6.)
Aaron – I no longer use the D2X. I realized I wasn’t shooting with it because the images needed to be processed differently than with my Fuji. I sold it on ebay this last winter
Minna – Oooo! Great idea. I will see how I can walk you all through my creative process.
CJ – The only filter I use is the UV filter. You’re right about the 18-200….I like my lenses to be 2.8, so I deal with the fact that I have to change lenses or carry 2 cameras
Thanks everyone for your comments!
you are too stinking cute. i love that you do the video blog, you’re so cool. i don’t think i could ever do that because i hate hearing my voice on recording! weird, huh? anyway, i think the camera bag subject was great. keep ‘em coming! let’s do a shoot soon!
Great stuff girlie! You are soo darn CUTE!!!!!!! Would love to meet you sometime!
Hey Stace,
I’ve been looking into the S5 a little. How does it perform? I’ve known a little about the technology for a while, but have never heard how the unedited pictures turn out. How much and what types of edits do you have to do do on your photos. I like my D70, but I’m starting to get tired of major edits on nearly every photo (perhaps similar to you D2x experience?).
