Salt Lake Wedding and Portrait Photography

Cinnamon, Rose, and Sage

Friday evening, I had the opportunity to photograph Franni and Jason’s wedding ceremony. It was somewhat unconventional, but richly inspiring with a Native American theme. Evan, the officiator and flute player, created a wedding totem consisting of native american medicine animals that correspond with the body’s chakra (energy) systems, located in 8 different locations of the body, and the herbs that also go with each chakra for healing and power. Despite the rain which decided to pour right as the ceremony was underway, it was beautiful and enlightening. Best of luck to Franni and Jason!
